1. Information we may store
When you request access to a protected Depth Maps Club tool, we may store your email address together with access-control information.
- Email address used to verify access.
- Whether your account has All Access authorization.
- Whether you have access to a specific tool.
- Administrative access status such as active or blocked.
- Dates used to maintain or update access records.
2. Patreon membership
Patreon may be used as the membership platform for Depth Maps Club. Membership status may be reviewed to determine whether a user qualifies for All Access or another offered benefit.
Patreon is a separate service and its own privacy policy governs information you provide directly to Patreon.
3. ForgeGatePass access system
Protected tools may use ForgeGatePass, our centralized authorization system. ForgeGatePass uses your email address and access status to determine whether a protected application should be opened.
Some tools may remember an authorized session or license locally on your device so that you do not need to verify access every time.
4. How we use this information
Access information is used to:
- Verify eligibility for protected tools.
- Provide All Access or per-tool authorization.
- Prevent unauthorized or abusive access.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the service.
5. Sharing and sale of information
Depth Maps Club does not sell user information. We do not share access records with third parties for advertising purposes.
Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers only when necessary to operate the website, membership system or protected tools.
6. Local files and user content
Many Depth Maps Club tools process images, models or other files directly in the browser or on the user's computer. Unless a tool clearly states otherwise, those files are not intentionally uploaded to Depth Maps Club simply because you open or process them.
7. Data retention
Access records may be retained after a membership ends so that we can preserve account history, manage future access and prevent unauthorized use. An expired or inactive user does not need to be deleted in order for access to be removed.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect access-control information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Depth Maps Club, ForgeGatePass or the available tools evolve. The effective date shown above indicates the current published version.
