1. Access to tools
Some tools are publicly available while others require authorization. Access may be provided through an active Patreon membership, an individual tool entitlement, a trial, promotional access or another authorization granted by Depth Maps Club.
2. All Access membership
When offered, an active Depth Maps Club All Access membership may provide access to multiple protected tools. The tools included in the membership may change as products are added, updated, replaced or retired.
Access may end when the qualifying membership or authorization ends.
3. Individual tool access
Depth Maps Club may also grant access to a specific application without granting access to the entire collection. An entitlement to one tool does not automatically create access to other products.
4. Permitted use
You may use the tools to create and prepare work for your own personal or commercial projects, including fabrication, engraving, CNC work and the creation of your own finished products.
Your access to the software itself is personal to the authorized account and may not be resold, shared or redistributed unless expressly permitted.
5. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Share or resell protected account access.
- Redistribute protected software or private tool files without permission.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or licensing systems.
- Use the service in a way intended to damage, disrupt or abuse the infrastructure.
6. User files and output
You are responsible for the images, models, artwork and other files you process with the tools, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use them.
Unless a specific product states otherwise, Depth Maps Club does not claim ownership of the original files you provide or the output you create with the tools.
7. Software and service availability
Tools may be updated, modified, replaced, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. We may make changes when needed for maintenance, security, compatibility or product development.
8. No guarantee of production results
Digital fabrication results depend on many factors outside the software, including source material, machine configuration, optics, tooling, material properties and user settings.
You are responsible for testing settings and verifying output before committing valuable material or production work.
9. Access suspension or revocation
Depth Maps Club may suspend or revoke access when an account is no longer authorized, when access has been shared without permission, or when there is misuse of the service or its infrastructure.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Depth Maps Club ecosystem evolves. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
